Trading logic

The trading logic of the adviser is simple to madness, the adviser trades on the H4 timeframe and at certain hours after the candle closes, it places 2 pending orders buy stop and sell stop , on high and low shadows, respectively, of this candle, after which it simply waits for the order to trigger,after activation as soon as the price starts to go in the right direction the trailing stop is immediately activated, and since the distance from the trailing to the price is very small, it is logical that it works very early and thus the adviser scalps a small number of points, brilliant))) And they are trying to sell this EA to us.
In fact, it might have worked a long time ago when breakout strategies worked well, but now times have changed and it is unlikely that you can expect a brilliant result from this adviser, which even the test on the past history shows

And in the screenshot below, I changed the value of SL to 50 pips in the settings, left all other settings by default, as you can see the result is better, now the adviser at least does not drain the deposit, but and cannot boast of profit, it trades on average at zero.

So, as mentioned above, the adviser trades according to the breakdown strategy, which is not very appropriate at the moment, breakout strategies of such a plan as used in the adviser no longer work, although it is possible at some point it will start to make a profit, the fact is that the forex market is cyclical and sometimes one strategy makes a profit for years, but then at some point it stops working and brings continuous losses, after some time passes it’s not accurate, but let it be two or three years, and the strategy starts to make a profit again, believe it, and it’s not randomness, there are a number of factors and explanations why this happens, but we can talk about this for a long time, so we will not delve into in this.
I mean that it is possible if this adviser is optimized and tested with different settings and on different instruments, not only on the recommended ones, at some point it will make a profit, although there are actually not many settings, and most importantly, very bad that it is not possible to adjust the step trailing stop, nevertheless, I share this adviser for free and share my impressions about what they sell to us, maybe it will be useful to someone.

How can you make money on such Expert Advisors that trade at zero or trade very often, making large volumes?!
I want to share this topic with you, it is not new, but perhaps someone has not heard about it, or someone may simply neglect its use, which I think is a little stupid because there is no extra profit.
We will consider this on the Pip Breaker adviser, which I just talked about.
So we have Pip Breaker. Having tested it with SL 50 points, we came to the conclusion that it trades at zero, the maximum drawdown was about 15% and the initial deposit was $300. Based on such a drawdown, we conclude that we can reduce the deposit to $150, in which case we will have a maximum drawdown of 30%, which is generally acceptable.
